Hard disks sometimes fail. It's a fact of life. Your first line of defense is to have a good backup plan in place and to actually anticipate this event. However, there are times when even the best backup plans and disaster recovery programs can't recover the data you need. That's where we can help.

Data loss can result from a variety of problems, the most common of which is simply the deletion of a file where no backup exists. Other cases involve file and/or operation system corruption, accidental formatting or partitioning, and mechanical failure. In most cases, we can recover your data, even when the drive itself can no longer be booted or examined.

First we work to diagnose the problem. If it's a software-related issue, such as file deletion or accidental format, we image the drive immediately. If there are mechanical problems that prevent immediate imaging, the drive will be sent to a qualified lab for repair and then subsequently imaged. Once the image is obtained, we use sophisticated tools to search the media for the files and data you need, and then to recover them for you.
